*Bedroom 1*: This elegant downstairs Queen bedroom with a sliding glass door to the entryway is connected to a full bath and large shower for a luxurious escape. This room also has a desk area with a comfortable office chair and a relaxing reading corner. We provide room darkening shades in each room.
*Bedroom 2*: Beautiful downstairs Queen suite with private barn door access and mini pet enclosure. This room also has a sliding glass door to the entryway sitting area complete with a hammock chair and end table for resting your morning coffee. We provide room darkening shades in each room. *Entry into the Master bedroom will be required to gain access to the bathroom.
*Bedroom 3*: Large room upstairs has double bunk beds with two queen beds each and access to the full bath. You will have private rooftop access with a coffee nook for grabbing your morning coffee before enjoying the morning on the rooftop deck.
*Bedroom 4*: Hidden upstairs behind a bookshelf door is this private room with a Twin sized day bed, desk, and chair for a quiet and secluded nap or work session. *Entry into Bedroom #3 is required to get access to the upstairs full bathroom. There is also a half bath downstairs.
Please note that only suite bathrooms have showers.
You and your group will have complete privacy and access to the home! We have two closets we keep locked for maintenance supplies.

Custom built-in 2017, this home is located in the historical neighborhood of Five Points. It has become a prime location to set up Airbnb due to its proximity to downtown, the Riverwalk, and the Pearl Brewery area, which has been seeing amazing growth recently. This is a neighborhood in transition, so there is a mixture of nicely done, newly renovated houses and ones that need quite a bit of work. If you are unfamiliar with downtown San Antonio, the street our house is on may give a bad first impression and lead to concerns that you are in a bad part of town. Despite the way the street looks, our house and neighborhood are far away from any dangerous or unwelcoming part of the city as our reviews attest to. And to reassure you, we have had zero safety issues at the house or regarding guests because we've gone above and beyond to provide extra security; locked gates protect your cars, double door entrances, security cameras on the exterior, and a high privacy fence all around the property. The properties on either side of us are an unoccupied law office and renovated bungalows that give our area an urban vibe.
We offer a two-car gated driveway and the garage can hold one car on the right side. There is ample free street parking. Uber/Lyft are plentiful and you won't have trouble getting a ride anywhere.
Driving through nearly every neighborhood located this close to downtown you'll see they all share this quality, creating unique mixed-income neighborhoods and businesses. We'd love to answer any questions you have. If you are squeamish about staying in an urban neighborhood like this, we completely understand and recommend looking at homes further away from downtown.
Having said all that, Five Points has a lot of positive qualities. You can get to popular locations, like the Pearl Brewery, San Pedro Park, The River Walk, the Alamo, the Alamodome, AT&T Center, and more in just a few minutes via Uber/Lyft/Bird Scooters.
