Positive: The host were the highlights of this property. Never had we had a host that actually showed concern and care for their guests. Zhang gave me his lighter after the airport confiscated it on the way into Zhangjiajie. One night when we were late back, Zhang actually texted to ask if we were alright. That we got on the high speed train back to the hotel. We were touched. Zhang listened to us prior to planning a detail route for our mountain trekking for 3 days. She is also a great cook that cooks personally for us for our breakfast throughout our stay there. Did I also mention they fetch is from the airport on our arrival and fetch us to the train station upon our departure. We were absolutely taken by their hospitality and wish all boutique hotels were like that all across the world. We are widely traveled and have yet to meet a host like them. Please stay there when in Zhangjiajie.
