Positive: This would be a great apartment. It's spacious, clean, close to the metro station (bear in mind that this metro line doesn't work after midnight, but there's a tram), beds are comfy, there are bakeries very close to the apartment and there's a huge supermarket just across the street.

Negative: The only slight problem is a relatively small kitchen (which is the only non-bedroom space), a tiny shower and a tall bathroom window facing the other apartments (that is the only available ventilation). The main issue we had with this apartment was the lack of the air conditioning. We needed a stay in July, and I always book the stays that have the ACs. When we arrived, however, we found that none of the two ACs are working. The host left two fans in the bedrooms, but we were there in the middle of the heatwave, and those fans barely helped us (my daughter and me got sore throats after these three nights). This really killed the mood. I contacted the host, and he explained that he found out that those ACs stopped working on the day that we arrived (Friday), and his service guy couldn't come. Which is probably true. If I were the host, I'd contact a lot of servicing guys and find someone who is available in those 4 days. I'd also keep the guests in loop, because that info is important to them. So, all in all, when Booking asks if I had a nice stay in this apartment, I can't say that I had. Actually, this was the worst stay I had in the last 14 years. Was that the fault of the host - probably not.
