Summary: The location is terrific - it was clean and the bed was comfortable. However, it was not up to VRBO standards in terms of supplies, kitchen equipment, linens. It is not a place for 3 people. The couch was not very good to sleep on, even for an 11 year old. And as another reviewer pointed out, the stairs are difficult.
