The space
Pool heating is available by request and billed extra $249/day (4 day minimum).
This house has the most amazing architectural qualities. Every detail of this gorgeous house was done with elegance and class. It’s so quiet. The master bedroom overlooks the backyard and pool. Great freeway access, close to shopping and endless adventures.
If you have more than 12 guest you will need to purchase two rollaway beds at $125/each. These can be set up in varies places.

NO PETS – Pets are NOT permitted on the property under any conditions unless agreed upon in advance with an additional deposit of $250 minimum.
Additional Pet fees may apply up to $750/per pet, depending on the size and breed.
UNAUTHORIZED FILMING - if unauthorized filming in the property happens during your stay without our written permission, you will be billed up to $5000/day.
