This is the first floor unit of a triplex. Full kitchen, large dining room with gorgeous windows, large living room. Big bedroom with King bed, dresser, and desk. Second room with two twin beds. Basement is shared for the triplex, and has a free washer/dryer. Front porch is private. Back yard is shared.
Amazing walkable Lakewood neighborhood. Walking distance to Lakewood Park. Ubers are very easy to get here. 12 minutes to downtown, Cleveland Stadium.
The house is a triplex, so please assume there will be other cars coming in/out of the driveway. You can park one car behind the house. If you have additional cars, you must park those on the street. Please do NOT block the driveway or block in other cars. If you have a large vehicle, you may want to park on the street.
Family house.
- No parties. No smoking. No drugs.
- Up to two dogs under 30 pounds permitted (sorry, no cats). Guests are responsible for cleaning any dog droppings from yard.
- Dogs may not be left alone in unit unless in crate, and should not be left alone more than 2-3 hours.
- Quiet hours after 8 pm.
- Use of hot tub is 24x7 ONLY if quiet hours are respected.
- Guests are expected to be reasonably clean before entering hot tub.
- Guests may use basement laundry respectfully.
- No unregistered guests on premises or in hot tub.
- No fireworks of any kind permitted on property.
- $500 fine plus expenses incurred for violation of any of these rules.
- Damage to laundry, hot tub, or other appliances will be billed to guests.
- No firearms allowed on property. If a guest leaves a firearm on the property, local authorities will be called to retrieve it. Guest must contact authorities to get it back.
- Guests are expected to leave the house in reasonably clean condition and to clean all dishes used. Cleaners charge $25 per hour for washing dirty dishes left out or in cupboards.
Note: we only have room for one car per rental behind the house. Street parking is free but local police prefer not to see a car sitting in the same spot for many days.
