Summary: The location was ok. I was confronted by a homeless man as soon as I arrived. And, the tenant next door, thought it would be ok to knock on my door asking for some matches for his cigarette. The beds aren’t comfortable, but the pillows were decent. No place to sit and eat comfortably. You might consider getting rid of that big couch in favor of a loveseat, and side chairs with ottomans. Then you’d have room for a small two, or three, person apartment sized table. There was black mold behind the kitchen sink. And, the dryer vent screen was clogged. There was some kind of grit, or filth, on the floors. Wearing house slippers caused me to nearly fall several times. I’d suggest a thorough vacuuming followed by mopping with hot bleach water. Towel bar was missing in the bathroom. Having two towel bars would have been nice. Also, only one of the three light bulbs in the bathroom worked. A bathmat would have been nice as well. The back porch light didn’t work. And, the backyard light string didn’t work. The next door trash can hadn’t been emptied in quite some time. It was sitting right next to my front door and it reeked! I made sure to put both trash cans at the curb for pickup. The A/C worked great. Fridge was nice, but the door sticks. The microwave worked, but the inside of the door is nasty. The washer and dryer worked great. But, there is a coin, or something, that has worked its way behind the tub of the washer. You can hear it when turning the tub by hand. I liked the power deadbolt, and the fact that it auto locks after about 30 seconds. One of the TV remotes is missing. Had to turn the TV on/off, and adjust the volume, on the TV itself. Lastly, the plumbers showed up on the morning of my last day. There were three of them talking right outside the bedroom window.
