Unique apartment renovated in 2023 with two bedrooms and two bathrooms at historical Via Rasella in the Trevi district, Central Rome. It is literally 2 minutes to the spectacular Trevi Fountain, and even closer to Bernini’s Fountain of the Triton at Piazza Barberini, also a very good place for metro and bus connections (300 meters), along with a supermarket (30 meters) coffee bars, restaurants, and more.
Recently the apartment has been totally renovated, so that it meets the state-of-the-art requirements for vacation rental, thus combining the interior's modern minimalism with the housing architecture of the historic center of Rome.
The two double bedrooms are placed on one side of the apartment, the living room being in between them, and the two bathrooms are close to one another on the opposite side.
A mirrored corridor leads to one double bedroom, with a wardrobe and a safe, then to the fully-equipped kitchen, which includes microwave, dishwasher and Nespresso Coffee Maker, on the passageway to the dining table and sofa, conveniently placed in front of TV.
Also including a wardrobe, another double bedroom overlooks, as well as the living room, the street from where you gain access to the building, Via Rasella, indeed an important street of Rome for Italian resistance during World War II.
On the opposite side of the apartment are the two bathrooms, one overlooking the back street and including a double shower; the other bathroom has a shower, too.
