Golden Rectangle updated home steps to the beach and Ocean Avenue. 4 bedrooms, 3 baths on two levels. Light and airy. Homey and comfortable, not pretentious. Sunny patio with table and chairs and lounge set and fire table. Grill. Beach toys available such as boogie boards, surfboards, skim boards. Friendly, responsive owner/renter. Property always received 5 star reviews when it was listed on VRBO from 2015 to 2018. Prefer to rent by the month; two week minimum. We use a renter friendly rental agreement, $1,000 security/damage deposit, smaller pets only with written permission and extra $500 deposit. $340 cleaning fee. Pictures are current except for a new 6 person teak patio table and new lower level couch
