Upon entering the gate, you are greeted by a beautifully landscaped facility, Spanish style live oaks and a charming courtyard overlooking the ocean. Beach Walk is a 2 bedroom and 2 bath condo fit for a family vacation or a girls getaway! This unit is located on the second floor, which can be easily accessed by elevator or stairs. Upon entry you'll be greeted by a spacious living and dining room area, which both comfortably seat 5 people respectively. The living room also offers a TV with Roku accessibility to access smart apps. There is also a great selection of family games and puzzles located in the living room. Once entering the property your eyes guide you straight to the balcony with a partial ocean view as soon as you walk inside. You can access the balcony from both bedrooms and the living room. The first bedroom on the right is a king with an ensuite. The ensuite master bath has it all: double vanity, large soaker tub, and a separate standing shower.
Directly across the hall is a full bathroom with a tub/shower combo, perfect for kids bath time after a long day playing in the sand. Just to the right of the hall bath is the second bedroom with two twin beds. To accommodate larger groups and families, the couch in the living room expands to a full size bed. The kitchen is fully equipped with all your needs for your beach getaway, whether you're ordering out or cooking a meal with your family.The home is outstandingly well equipped for families looking to gather together to eat and has all the appliances and utensils you could need including a blender, coffee maker, pots and pans, a pressure cooker, crockery, plentiful glassware and more.
The Beach Club grounds boasts a large pool overlooking the ocean, a separate kids wade pool, and two hot tubs located in the courtyard. The pool and hot tubs are open year-round, but the main pool is not heated.This property has all the essentials for the perfect vacation: pool chairs and umbrellas, charcoal grills, outdoor showers, a private beach storage locker and private bathrooms for guest use. Another amenity the property offers is its fitness room, as well as its popular tennis courts! Court reservations can be made at the on-site office.
