2 bd 1 ba 3rd bed in a family room large enclosed az room is split has 4th bedroom two huge patio furniture and 2 carob trees 1 car garage plus a carport in the front month to month lease. 55 and the older community at least one guest has to be that age. 30% discount on June July and August Furnished one Tempurpedic bed adjustable with a remote is a queen bed. shower only, Photos are of the old furniture upgraded furniture is being placed in the unit and will be provided. Az room has 4th bed also will update you with pics. Membership guest card is about 75.00 a month with a limit I think of 2 per household, the Golf cart does not come with the house, but more patio tables, chairs, a barbeque, and bird fountains,. and more plants. I'll update some more pics. The Az room has a Bed, stained glass windows put in, and an Ac unit there as well.. Some newer furniture upgrades as well I'll send more pics. Barbeque area with table and chairs .limited to 4 guests one car in garage and one in the driveway. Parking on the street overnight is often restricted many walkers in the morning, so it is only part-time on the street next to the house. The dining table has a black granite and is round. a few more pics of bird areas will be shown, including many bird fountains and a few houses near the large carob tree pets allowed fenced barbeque covered patio. A deposit for excessive utilities may be required.
