Enjoy the benefits of a standalone home with a private pool plus the conveniences of PACIFICO – Playas del Coco’s premier development. This gated community offers hiking trails and a children’s play area while being just steps from grocery stores, restaurants, and shops. A 10-minute stroll gets you to the beach or take one of the complimentary beach shuttles from the development. There is also a private oceanfront beach club that guests can access at an additional cost.
Playas del Coco is just a 25-minute drive from Daniel Oduber Quirós international airport in Liberia. Several supermarkets, fruit vendors, and more restaurants, bars, and shops to count. Enjoy a walk along the beach boardwalk or stroll the beach from point to point for a 3km walk. Many scuba diving, sport fishing, and sightseeing tours depart from Coco. You’re also close to several area day trip spots – waterfalls, hiking, hot springs, and mud baths, cultural experiences, and river tours. Playas del Coco is the perfect home base for an amazing Costa Rican vacation!
Head inside through the grand entrance and you are facing the beautiful outdoors. The L-shaped sliding doors connect the living space with the covered patio, pool area, and wooded surroundings. There is a comfortable lounge area, gas BBQ, and an official quarter lap pool. Listen to the howler monkeys, grill up dinner or get your laps in. There is an outdoor shower to rinse off after days at the beach.
Back inside is the large living space with soaring ceilings. The contemporary kitchen is fully equipped with stainless appliances and quartz counters with seating for 3. A large, custom-made Guanacaste wood dining table completes the space. Off the kitchen is the living room with a large sectional sofa and TV.
Down the bedroom corridor, you’ll find the 3 bedrooms, each equipped with king beds, Smart TVs and access to their own bathrooms. The first two bedrooms have ample closet space and sliding patio doors to the pool area. The principal bedroom is at the end of the hallway and offers a large walk-in closet with safe, ensuite bathroom, and sliding patio doors to the pool area.
This home features gorgeous local wood furniture and stunning artwork. It’s perfect for groups of friends, couples, or a family that prefer their own space over a cramped hotel room.
Getting Around
Guests will be most comfortable with a rental car or golf cart for their stay, which we can assist with!The homes section of Pacifico is a 20-30 minute walk to the main gate. There is a complimentary shuttle to the PACIFICO Beach Club.
We're getting new neighbors! The PACIFICO development is growing and additional homes are being built in our area. We know construction can be a bother on vacation, so we have reduced our standard nightly rates by 10% to offset any inconvenience this may cause. Note that construction only happens during the day. If you're visiting Costa Rica to explore the amazing beaches, volcanoes , waterfalls, and rainforests you probably won't even notice to work! Pura Vida!
PACIFICO BEACH CLUB
The PACIFICO Beach Club is exclusive to PACIFICO guests and offers infinity-edge, ocean view pools, multiple lounge areas, and poolside food & drink service. All guests in PACIFICO have access to this beautiful facility. There is no "fee" to use the PACIFICO Beach Club, but there is a MINIMUM SPEND. Guests must spend $25/pp/day on food/drink on the days they choose use the PACIFICO Beach Club facilities. Kids under 12 are free. There is a free shuttle service between the PACIFICO development and the PACIFICO Beach Club.
