Enjoy the benefits of a standalone home with a private pool plus the conveniences of PACIFICO – Playas del Coco’s premier development. This gated community offers hiking trails and a children’s play area while being just steps from grocery stores, restaurants, and shops. A 10-minute stroll gets you to the beach or take one of the complimentary beach shuttles from the development. There is also a private oceanfront beach club that guests can access at an additional cost.
Playas del Coco is just a 25-minute drive from Guanacaste International airport (LIR). Several supermarkets, fruit vendors, and more restaurants, bars, and shops to count. Enjoy a walk along the beach boardwalk or stroll the beach from point to point for a 3km walk. Many scuba diving, sport fishing, and sightseeing tours depart from Coco. You’re also close to several area day trip spots – waterfalls, hiking, hot springs, and mud baths, cultural experiences, and river tours. Playas del Coco is the perfect home base for an amazing Costa Rican vacation!
Enter into the home to a living space that features a wall of windows overlooking the pool and the ocean. This space has a gorgeous kitchen with cedar cabinetry, granite countertops, and stainless steel appliances. There’s a large island breakfast bar as well. Just past the kitchen is the 8 person dining table. Finally, the living room area with an oversized sectional sofa and a large flat-screen TV. The great room wall of windows opens up to the amazing covered terrace. On the terrace, you will find a bbq, loungers and a large 6 person dining table … all just steps from the infinity-edge swimming pool.
Past the living space is the primary suite with a king bed, a large walk-in closet, and an en suite bathroom with double sinks. The opposite end of the house features the second and third bedrooms. The first bedroom has a queen bed, with an en suite bathroom. Just past that is a secluded workstation for those who need desk space for studying or teleworking. At the end of the hall is the last bedroom with a king bed, ample storage space and an en suite bathroom. There is a laundry room in the house with a brand-new washer (March 2023) and a dryer.
Guests will be most comfortable with a rental car or golf cart for their stay, which we can assist with!The homes section of Pacifico is a 20-30 minute walk to the main gate. There is a complimentary shuttle to the PACIFICO Beach Club.
PACIFICO BEACH CLUB
The PACIFICO Beach Club is exclusive to PACIFICO guests and offers infinity-edge, ocean view pools, multiple lounge areas, and poolside food & drink service.
All guests in PACIFICO have access to this beautiful facility. There is no "fee" to use the PACIFICO Beach Club, but there is a MINIMUM SPEND. Guests must spend $25/pp/day on food/drink on the days they choose use the PACIFICO Beach Club facilities. Kids under 12 are free.
The PACIFICO offers a free shuttle service between the PACIFICO development and the PACIFICO Beach Club.
