Enjoy a very clean home in the metro area of Orange County. Recently remodeled for a contemporary urban feel.
Disneyland, is a 20 minute drive. Los Angeles, an hour. Palm Springs, hour and half.
Beaches are very close.
Rented to actors, often, due to back stage door directly across the street.
Once checked in, restaurants, shopping, marketing, South Coast Plaza & Performing Arts, are walking distance.
The space
Welcome to a single family home, centrally located in a condominium community.
Located on the second floor, with one flight of stairs for easy access.
A tranquil environment that is very clean and comfortable with a European eclectic decor.
The terrace overlooks the large front pool and the city lights. There is a second pool and jacuzzi in the back.
Home away from Home!
Master bedroom has a California King and it's own private ensuite bathroom.
Two guest rooms, one with a Queen bed & small balcony, and the second also with one queen bed.
The bathroom facilities are kept extremely clean at all times with lots of fresh towels and amenities.
We like to offer a well kept place for guests, maintaining cleanliness, and request the same in return.
Very central as a home base as you enjoy the well known reputation of Orange County living.
Guest access
You will have access to the entire condominium.
I will have one locked owners closet to store some personal items, and some items will be in the refrigerator & freezer, depending on the length of your stay.
One carport is available for parking, plus a first come first serve additional parking with permit. ( Usually nothing available after 4:00. )
Access to a choice of two pools.
Coin operated Washer/Dryer are in the building next to the pool.( right next door)
Detergent not provided.
Other things to note
All additional guest requests need to be booked in advance with Airbnb. No one other than the booked guests are allowed in the Condo.
This is a Non-Smoking environment, including medical marijuana because of allergic reactions of future guests.
Parties are not allowed, and please always be respectful of neighbors.
To avoid additional charges, do not alter or rearrange furniture. All damages are collected through the tool. There will be a charge for any replacement of missing or damaged items, dishes, cookware.
To avoid pests, NO eating or storage of food in the bedrooms. I try very hard to keep pests from the outside coming in, by always keeping the screens and doors closed.
Your host, having a green thumb, to create ambiance, makes arrangements to to water plants if needed. I have applied an additional 5% discount for the aid in any plants thirsty on a daily basis.
Each guest is limited to two large suitcases only. Actors, no large trunks permitted in addition to your luggage.
Guest must be available for contact at all times by text or phone if management needs to contact them.
There is a $300.00 fee for keys or gate remote not returned at checkout.
Pets are by special request, but we are pet friendly. Additional charges apply, of $25.00/day per pet. Must be house trained with travel bed. Not allowed on furniture or beds, and owner must pick up after pets business outside.
