Lovely, spacious home with open, airy floor plan, featuring skylights, cathedral ceilings and hardwood floors throughout. The kitchen is fully equipped. The backyard has two decks with seating and grill for some summer fun. The home is located in the heart of Mattituck only minutes from everything the North Fork has to offer.

3 Bedrooms all with en-suite bathrooms:
-Bedroom #1 Master bedroom with a king size 4 poster bed and spa-like bathroom with soaking tub and separate rain shower with body sprays. Day bed available upon request.
-Bedroom #2 Queen size bed. En suite bathroom with rain shower.
-Bedroom #3 Bunk Beds sleep 4 (full size bed on bottom bunk, twin bed on top bunk with trundle that pulls out underneath). En suite bathroom with shower. Double doors open onto back patio.
All rooms (kitchen, "great room" which is the open floor plan living and dining room, Office space, 2 bedrooms and 2 baths) are on the ground level. Laundry room located on lower level with patio doors opening up to back deck. No access to basement.
Outside: There are two patio areas ideal for outdoor dining or relaxing. Upper back deck includes patio table and grill. Lower patio includes large teak patio table and chairs. Front yard has large jungle gym NOTE: There is a barn located behind the house. This is used for storage and is not accessible.
