The Space:
The modern and one-of-a-kind home has been completely refinished and furnished throughout with luxe, high-end amenities and stylish decor to provide an elevated guest experience. For entertainment, there is a large television in the living room. Floor-to-ceiling glass doors in the living areas can be fully opened to give the home an indoor/outdoor feel. Choose whether to enjoy the indoor space or the amenities on the back patio. The house has a fully equipped kitchen as well as a string-lit back patio with a hot tub and seating area with a firepit. The room configuration is as follows:

Guest Access:
Guests will have access to the entire home except the Garage. Guests are not allowed to use the Garage during their stay.
The Neighborhood:
The home is located in a very quit and residential neighborhood. You will barely hear any cars from that location.
Getting Around:
We do recommend renting a car as the home is very high up on the hill. However, it is relatively easy to get an Uber from that location. The closest grocery store is a 10 minutes drive away.

MAXIMUM OCCUPANCY (7 PPL) MUST BE RESPECTED AT ALL TIMES
ANY PARTIES WILL RESULT IN AN IMMEDIATE EVICTION
As part of our commitment to being good neighbors, occupancy limits and quiet hours (10pm-8am) are strictly enforced. Violation of any city noise ordinances will be subject to fines that can reach up to $10,000 per violation.
Any gatherings of more than 7 people are not allowed on the property unless discussed and cleared with the host before check in. Events or parties are not allowed without prior written approval and an additional fee. Any unauthorized parties or events will be shut down and a fine will be assessed. Please inquire for more information about our event policies and fees.
We may require a security deposit for some bookings.
There are surveillance cameras on the outside of the home, both for safety and to ensure rule compliance.
If undisclosed pets are brought into the home without the host's approval there is a fine of $500 per pet.
This is a smoke-free property. Violation of the no-smoking policy will result in forfeiture of the security deposit if applicable, a $250 smoking fee, and liability for any fire or property damage costs.
$35 charge per towel for any stained/ruined or missing towels
$200 charge if the house is left excessively messy and requires additional cleaning
Guests must be transparent and truthful about the questions asked by the host at booking. Any incorrect information provided may result in immediate eviction without refund.
Non compliance with the rules cited above or complaints from neighbors may result in immediate eviction.
Our Hot tub Maintenance Person comes every Wednesday to service the hot tub. Our Gardener comes twice a month (on a Thursday) to maintain the Garden.
