This 5~Star contemporary rustic home will aloow you to simoly relax and enjoy the peacful interior. It will feel like your home away from home. We have gone to extra measures for sanitizing and take pride in cleanlines. We clean and sanitize all surfaces, the entire bathroom, kitchen, floors all door handles. We wash all the bedding and towels in extreme hot water with strong detergents. The lockbox on door for secure key. Beautiful landscaping and garden. We are currently looking for longer guest bookings..
The property is extremely peaceful, very private and quiet for a restful nights sleep. California King size bed in main bedtoom with high quality Sterns and Foster mattress. Wonderful bathroom with an iron claw bathtub and his and her sinks. A second bathroom with rain shower. And an extra toom that can be a lounge, meditation or reading room that convert to a bedroom. Very classy upscale modern rustic living toom with 52 inch flatscreen with direvt TV. The location is absolutely amazing for the getaway vacation or the business trip to LA hassle free from the hectic city. Centrally located in LA within a very close distance to both SONY and FOX Studios. Less than a 5 minute drive to the heart of the famous Beverly Hills with lots of shopping and restaurants, a 2 minute drive to the historic Culver City Arts District, trendy restaurants that are open, grocery stores, and a 7 minute drive to the best shopping areas at the Century City Outdoor Mall with a 100 stores, restaurants, cafes, spas, several fitness gyms ( Equinox and 24 hour fitness) , massage, golf and tennis. The location is so perfect that it is just a quick 15 minute drive to Venice Beach and the Santa Monica beaches by car or you can take the new metro train, only 3 blocks away that you can easily walk to.

The location is in a very private residential area that is very safe and central to most of West Los Angeles, Beverly Hills, Culver City, Westwood, Century City, West Hollywood, Venice, Santa Monica, with easy highway access ( 1/3 mile ) to the 10 freeway and 405 freeway to get to Malibu, 🏄 Hollywood, 🎥 Universal Studios & even Disneyland .
Once inside the 5 star experience includes King size bed and second bedroom with a couch that converts to a twin bed . We provide a variety of 2 pillow options for both the back or side sleeper for a great night sleep. 💤 100% cotton 400 thread count sheets and 100% cotton towels, a high pressure continuous hot shower, with high end amenities including aromatherapy bath gels, shampoo, conditioner, body lotions. Living toom has a 52 inch flatscreen television with 150 direct TV channels , high speed internet WiFi and your own “private” washer & dryer. The smell of eucalyptus, lavender or citrus fills the air with a brand aromatherapy spa mister.
Plenty of free street parking with no parking signs makes it very easy and convenient. Many available parking spots that you never have to be concerned about spending your vacation or business time looking for a place to park.
Two chairs outside on the back porch for your enjoyment to relax. No full access to yard as we wabt to be transparent and have fulltime tenant in our guest house. The back porch is accessable to read a book or simple relax with a view of our garden of succulents, palm trees 🌴, flowers 🍃 flow of wildlife, birds and more. 🐿
