The lower level features a large bedroom with a king bed and full bathroom straight across the hall, almost like a second master suite! You will also find the laundry room with washer/dryer, 2 full size couches, one with a queen size sleeper and a larger flat screen TV. On the second level you will enjoy a beautifully updated, spacious kitchen with island and 2 dining rooms providing plenty of space to eat meals or play games. The billiard room is located on a separate lower level where you can enjoy a game of pool while streaming your favorite show on a large smart TV. Please note the table is a little large for the room so some shots can be a little tricky but still perfect for some not too competitive fun with family and friends. You will fall in love with the backyard area with the resort style covered patio, larger heated pool, hot tub and gazebo with an outdoor bar.
