Enjoy an unobstructed sky view sprinkled with stars in a private hot tub, shaded lounge chairs, a group seating area with a warm fire-pit, outdoor dining surrounded by gorgeous, custom artwork created by local artist Sabree Garcia, and cornhole in the sand! The home was remodeled in 2022 with a stylish interior and fun outdoor spaces. With accommodations for up to 6 people comfortably in 3 main bedrooms, each with a queen bed, plus an additional private casita (DADU) in the backyard. The fully insulated casita features A/C, TV, a bed, and a couch, offering extra sleeping space for 2 more people. This setup allows for a total maximum accommodation of 10 guests.

Please enjoy and treat this home as your own. The neighbors on each side are very nice and we want to maintain good relationships. As such, any noise complaints will not be tolerated, and we ask that all outdoors activities end by 10pm, unless continued under quiet guidelines. Violations may require eviction from the home if repeated. Absolutely zero parties with any guests are allowed.
