Beautiful stone-built Villa Lavanda modernly equipped, is located on the island of Ugljan. The villa is located in a secluded area surrounded by beautiful nature and olive trees offering relaxation in the peace and privacy of an isolated position.
The island of Ugljan is an integral part of the Zadar archipelago and also the closest island to the centre of the county - the city of Zadar, from which it is only a few km away. The undulating plateau that fills the interior is dotted with tens of kilometres of hiking and biking trails, and with its colours, scents and panorama leaves every passer-by an unforgettable picture.
On the first floor of Villa Lavanda there are 3 air-conditioned bedrooms and two bathrooms. The ground floor has a beautiful vintage kitchen with dining area, living room, bedroom, two bathrooms and a relaxing room with sauna. Two bedrooms have a spacious double bed, and the remaining two have two single beds. An extra bed can be a sofa bed and a cot in the bedroom. Three bathrooms have a shower, and two of them have an under-shower (so-called Rose), the remaining bathroom has a spa bath. The kitchen has all the necessary appliances and you can serve your meals in the outdoor or indoor dining room with 12 seats. You can also enjoy grilling on the outdoor charcoal grill.
In the yard there is a beautiful pool with the possibility of heating or cooling. Around the pool there are 6 deck chairs and one swing where you can relax. A variety of exercise equipment and bicycles are available for sports types. Villa Lavanda has 4 parking spaces.
