The house is located on the edge of the village Ferenci, 2 km distant from the picturesque medieval town Vižinada, in which the guests can find a shop, cafe, ATM, while the pizzeria and typical taverns are located only 650 or 300 meters from the house. At only 150 meters from the house is a wine road and agrotourism with homemade food based on ecologically grown ingredients. For recreational athletes, the attractive Parenzana cycle/hiking trail runs near the house.
Villa Ilmea offers to its guests the following outdoor facilities: enclosed garden with a well maintained lawn, covered terrace with outdoor kitchen, table and chairs for outdoor dining, private pool of 32 sqm and parking for 4 vehicles, of which 2 covered.
Villa for 8 guests situated on two fully air-conditioned floors with a total living area of 220 sqm. on the ground floor there is a fully equipped kitchen with dining area for 8 guests, tastefully decorated and fulfilled with daily light living room with fireplace, 2 guests sleeping sofa and access to the terrace with table and chairs, separate toilet.
On the first floor there are in total 3 double bedrooms. Two of them are with a double bed, satellite TV, private terrace and private shower/toilet. Third bedroom is with twin beds and satellite TV, private terrace and a bathroom/toilet with jacuzzi in the corridor. There is also one two-person's bedroom with shower/toilet and sauna in the pool house. Please note this property does not accept youth groups or stag/hen parties.
