The Brewster Salt House has a comfortable layout making plenty of room for the whole family. There are two living rooms–one overlooking the backyard with a separate upstairs king bedroom and half bath above it and another connected to the main kitchen and dining area. Also on the first floor is an office room with a daybed and attached bath as well as a bedroom with a queen size bed.
The second floor is accessible by, two sets of stairs, convenient to quietly access the three bedrooms and full bath upstairs. Bedroom one has a King bed, Bedroom two has a queen bed and bedroom three has two twin beds–perfect for the kids.
Step outside through the sliders and you will find yourself on a raised deck with propane grill and comfortable dining area which overlooks the large pool area and fully fenced backyard. Surrounded by a stone deck, the in-ground pool is the perfect place to enjoy the beautiful Cape Cod summer weather. Hop in for an evening dip after a day spent in the sun and sand or you can skip the beach altogether for a relaxing day by the pool! There is also a fire pit in the backyard area to gather around once the sun sets.
