On the large terrace there is a beautiful, heated pool measuring 8.5x4.5 m and a depth of 1.5 m. Around the pool there are 12 deck chairs where you can enjoy the summer sun. In the courtyard of the villa there is a covered dining room with a gas garden grill and a seating area for 12 people.
In the fully fenced yard of the villa there is also a covered parking lot with 10 parking spaces and with video surveillance.
