Welcome to Oasis by KLMJ Sunshine! Completely renovated, this villa is in the #1 location in the beautiful gated community of Windsor Hills, just two miles from Disney. Enjoy complimentary pool & spa heat, themed rooms, and the only private Virtual Reality studio in the area! This is the 2nd closest Villa to the main pool so you're in the best possible spot! Enjoy overlooking the lake and nightly views of the Disney fireworks.

***Please note that the Windsor Hills Resort main pool will be undergoing resurfacing from Sep 5 - Oct 5, 2024. During this time the water park will be open and the intent is to keep the hot tub and lounge areas open. The Villa has its own private pool, which is unaffected.***

FULLY RENOVATED. You'll love the completely renovated home. The entire kitchen is brand new with custom soft-close cabinets, quartz counters, high-end stainless appliances, premium lighting, and all the cookware you could want. Bedrooms all have brand new beds, new furniture, and new paint; each one also has its own SmartTV where you can watch cable TV or sign-in to Netflix, etc. Bedrooms are designed with families in mind: upstairs you will find a King master (plus full crib), another King suite, a Queen room, a StarWars-themed room (twin bunks), and a Princess-themed room (two twins). On the main level you will find another Queen bedroom as well.
All four bathrooms have been beautifully updated to include brand new quartz counters, new sinks, new faucets, new floors, and new paint. Each King suite has its own attached ensuite bathroom. A third large bathroom is upstairs and the fourth is on the main level.
We've added even more for your comfort: brand new floors and stairway (absolutely no carpet or old tiles), brand new higher baseboards throughout, accent paint and decor that ties the home together and will be sure to please you and your fellow guests. We've also added TVs to all bedrooms and to the pool area, plus a massive 70-Inch TV in the main living room (which also boasts a brand new premium leather sectional and new furniture).
In the backyard you will find a screened-in pool area that does a great job keeping the bugs and leaves out. The pool heat is complimentary for our guests and we have installed a brand new high-efficiency heater in order to make sure you will be comfortable as you swim. The pool is typically set to 85 degrees and the attached spa to 102 degrees (the spa is activated by turning a timer). You'll also love the outdoor eating area, second seating area, and loungers. The best part, however, is that your "home away from home" is the second closest Villa to the main pool/club house, overlooks the lake, has no rear neighbors, and boasts views of the nightly Disney fireworks.
In addition to presenting you with the most upgraded Villa on one of the best lots Windsor Hills has to offer, we are also thrilled to offer our guests a completely unique experience. Our Villa is home to Windsor Hills' First and ONLY Virtual Reality studio. You won't believe your eyes when you see the space we've created to support this incredible and immersive experience. Players can enjoy two Virtual Reality systems with over a dozen games (more added all the time). We've also provided brand new XBOX and arcade games to complete the space.

The Villa has space for 3 parking spots and a 4th vehicle can be parked in the oversize lot if pre-arranged. Parking is free. Please note the resort security is very serious about controlling entry at the gates, which is great for families. Please make sure to read instructions in your rental agreement in order to understand procedures so that your arrival goes smoothly.

Please note that a separate rental agreement needs to be signed within 48hrs in order to proceed with the booking.
Please also note that we do not provide a permanent BBQ because we cannot guarantee that we can provide it in perfectly clean condition to our valued guests. Instead, we can assist you to rent a fully cleaned BBQ (with full propane) at a size that meets your needs; you rent it directly from a 3rd party so it's actually cheaper than the typical owner "pass-along" cost (which is usually added upon signing the rental agreement) but you get a better product that's nice and clean.
We do not charge for pool & spa heat; it's complimentary :)
