This beautiful and extremely fun property features a private 18-hole professional frisbee disc golf course for you and your guests to enjoy. The course offers 3 tee boxes for players of all skill levels and available FULL LIGHTING on 10 holes by request for 24 hour play.
There are two units on this property of 8 acres, which includes the main home as well as a 330 sq. ft. sky-view unit with incredible views, that is rented separately but is currently occupied.
Enjoy over 1/2 mile of mulched and paved surfaces and hike and bike trails as well as laser tag, an outdoor propane BBQ, stainless wood fire pit and an incredible 6-person true hydrotherapy 50-jet 5hp hot tub to relax in after a day of fun on Lake Travis.
The spacious solar-powered main house features 3 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms. The master king bedroom has an attached luxury full bath. In addition to the master king bedroom, there are two additional bedrooms on the opposite side of the home. Both bedrooms have two queen beds in each room for maximum sleep comfort. Also available and stored in the master closet are two twin XL rollaway beds and one large twin rollaway bed. This allows everyone to have their own sleep space if desired.
Enjoy a full kitchen stocked with amenities and appliances including a Keurig duo coffee maker that makes a pot of coffee as well as a K-cup serving, Ninja blender and 6-in-1 air fryer/indoor grill.
