This Condo is a one room Suite with a King size bed (Stearns & Foster mattress (new 2024), twin size pullout sleeper chair - Sleeps max of 3. Condo has a Kitchenette and small dining area. The condo also has a large tv - 65" SmartTV. Enjoy your coffee or wine with a Gulf view from our private balcony. Located near stairway, elevator, ice machine and free guest laundry (3rd fl) and designated parking for guests.
Resort offers 2 heated Pools, Hot tub, and Dock - for an additional charge you can dock your own boat out front or Freedom Boat Club is located onsite. The resort offers free bikes for daytime guest use and the Pinellas Bike Trail is located across the street for easy access.
The property is close to downtown Dunedin (1-2 miles) - walk, bike or ride aboard the free Trolley right out front of the resort to enjoy the local restaurants, breweries, shops, festivals, and nightlife!
