One story clean & bright cozy Adirondack home on a private lot with a lots of windows looking out to natures best. Unwind in the two person sauna after a day of skiing at Gore (25 minutes). Walk to Echo Lake Beach or drive 15 minutes to Bolton Landing, and only 10 minutes to Lake George Village. Snowmobilers take note! This house is just off the Warrensburg snowmobile trail with easy access to the main trail system from the power line around Echo Lake. Large horseshoe driveway with plenty of parking. Just unload and go! Stay toasty warm in the winter with whole house radiant floors (no basement) and temp cast radiant fireplace. Detox in the 2 person infrared sauna with light therapy in the heated garage. Sauna has an ozone cleaner and towels washed with bleach will be provided for your safety. New 5 -person hot tub too! Stay cool in the summer with central air and take a dip in nearby Echo Lake. Bring your kayak or paddle boards! Smokeless fire and plenty of Adirondack chairs to relax and unwind at night. Ping pong table in the heated garage. On a nice day, open the garage door and play! A $50 cleaning fee will be deducted at check out for each booking.
