2 Bedroom House in Lower Garden District, New Orleans
We designed our guesthouse specifically for monthly rentals! Everything you need to have a home away from home - full kitchen, brand new appliances, in-house laundry, wifi, and more! We're located in the Lower Garden District of New Orleans just off Magazine St, known for its historic architecture, parks, shops, and restaurants. The main house is undergoing renovations so there may be some construction noise between the hours of 8 am and 6 pm.
The space
Just about 5 minutes from downtown and 10 minutes from the French Quarter, we're far enough away to makes sure you can relax but still have access to all NOLA offers!
The guesthouse is located just behind the main house. We have a walkway that leads directly to the entrance to the guest house. The kitchen, living room, bathroom, and laundry area are downstairs. The two bedrooms are upstairs. Balcony access is available through each bedroom.

We have a lockbox so that you can let yourself in when you arrive! Free street parking is available and normally there's spots within our block or just around the corner.
