Summary: The unit was a pleasure - well-furnished and very clean. We enjoy hiking and cooking, and Ocean Mist served us well. It is within walking distance of hiking in both Torrey Pines State Park and the Torrey Pines Extension and a nice 2-mile walk into downtown Del Mar. The kitchen is nicely renovated and a pleasure to cook in. The property management company (Kimberly Rentals) was superlative. We needed a couple of minor repairs during our one-month stay and they were extremely responsive; Kimberly's on-staff handyman arrived at the appointed time, made the repairs and, like all the staff, was upbeat and pleasant to deal with.
