In this car-free, walkable beach town, Plaza Carlotta 11 gets you in, out, and everywhere the fastest. In this hillside beach town where stairsteps are inevitable, but less is more, Carlota11 lets you save your energy for the fun stuff!
This stunning and fun 2-bedroom flat, overlooking a beautiful plaza from each of its 2terraces, and highlighted by natural light coming from the windows in the home’s 10 sets of French Doors, perfectly blends comfort and nature.
Approaching the flat, you walk through the lovely tree-lined Plaza Carlota to be greeted by the sight and sound of water cascading over its magnificent fountain. Up 6 stairsteps, the home’s front door opens into a cheerful entry featuring a private shower for rinsing off beach sand or freshening up after a day on the trails.
The open living area features an oversize white micro-concrete island, framed by 6 comfortable bar stools. The fully appointed kitchen has custom wood cabinets and stainless-steel appliances, a welcoming hub of activity.

During this period, the kids pool will be temporarily closed, but don't worry, the lap and adult pool will remain open for some family fun! Additionally, the restaurant's bar will continue to serve you with a specially crafted, though reduced menu. There will be a fee of $16 for entry during this renovation period, but it is fully redeemable on food and drinks! Please note that there might be noise and some dust.
