THE UNITS
These are 4 separate 1BR Gulf View Suites located up close or right next to each other. The price is for FOUR units.
Each 700sf 1BR/1BA Gulf View Suite features:
- 1 King bed in the bedroom;
- Living room with sofa-bed;
- Balcony with beautiful angled view of the Gulf of Mexico;
- Kitchenette with a mini-fridge, microwave and dishwasher;
- Optional housekeeping service: $35/day (full) or $15/day (trash and towels);
- Housekeeping service would only be available for guests with reservations of 5 days and up;
- All linens, towels, bathroom essentials, kitchen utensils, plates, cookware, glasses are provided. You don’t need to bring a thing!
Please note: Guests will enjoy a partial pool view with their booking. For an even more stunning experience, you can opt for a Beach Front Pool View with an upgrade fee of $60 per night.
THE PROPERTY

NOTE: Some of the amenities may not function as advertised. At this time and until further notice:
- The property has an ongoing renovation from 8AM-5PM due to Hurricane Ian. All amenities and pool are working as usual.
- There is no available room service.
- Cabanas Beach Bar and Grill is open on the 2nd floor and available from 11 a.m. to 8 p.m Wednesday to Sunday, and 11 a.m. - 6 p.m. on Monday and Tuesday.
- The Cōste Island Cuisine is closed at this time and scheduled to reopen late Fall 2024.
- Kitchen renovations continue with no guest disruption and should be complete in the coming months.
- Watersports, beach chairs and umbrellas, as well as bicycles are all available to rent at the Resort. Beach chairs, umbrellas and bicycles do require a rental fee.
