Location! Location! Location! The condo is on the 12th floor with unobstructed views of the Gulf of Mexico, San Carlos Pass and back bays, and Lovers Key State Park Beach (travel channel voted #4 best beach in Florida with 3 miles of pristine, white sand beach and 700 acres of natural surroundings). We are nestled between Ft. Myers Beach and Bonita Springs with endless beaches, shopping and dining choices. Not all condos are equal. This is a true one bedroom condominium, not an efficiency unit. The unit has been completely remodeled and professionally decorated with high-end furniture and bedding. This condo sleeps 4 comfortably. The unit is equipped with a king size 13-inch gel memory foam mattress. The gel absorbs pressure and channels heat away, preventing excessive heat build up for a better night's sleep. We have made sure that even guests sleeping on the queen sleeper sofa with gel cooled memory foam bed. All linen are top quality as well. There is extra storage in this unit with the king platform bed with 6 extra large drawers, plus a large dresser and night stand. There is also a closet in the bedroom and a large closet in the bathroom. The large bathroom has granite counters and Italian tile throughout the large walk-in shower.
The living room is equipped with a 50-inch flatscreen Ultra 4KTV with wifi. The bedroom has a 40-inch flatscreen TV. The unit has free internet and wifi through the condo association. This unit has quality tile throughout, making cleanup from the beach easy. The kitchen has beautiful granite and is fully equipped for your cooking and drinking needs, including a blender for your frozen drinks and an electric wine opener.
This condo has gated parking as well as coded entry to the building. The grounds are beautiful and magnificently landscaped. This building has a PRIVATE DIRECT BEACH equipped with loungers, drink tables, chairs and all provided free of charge. Or, if you want to get away from the sand, you can relax in the large, geothermal heated pool and hot tub overlooking the bay.
When you get hungry, there are four Webber grills with dining next to the water on the resort's 'Dolphin Deck.' You also have the use of the kitchenette and refrigerator to save on trips to your unit for supplies. However, the best dinner view is actually from your own unit's balcony.
No car? Not a problem! The trolley stops right in front of the property and for only costs 75 cents a ride, $2 for an all-day pass or $4 for a 3-day pass and will take you all along Ft. Myers Beach and Bonita Springs for beaches, restaurants, and shopping!
Please note:There is bridge construction to build a new bridge over Big Carlos Pass, from Estrellita Drive on Fort Myers Beach to the Lovers Key State Park bayside entrance on Lovers Key. The new bridge will be constructed on the Gulf side of the existing bridge towards Lovers Key State Park side. The project is supposed to be completed by summer of 2026. While we do not know what stage of the project they'll be in during your stay, we've reduced pricing until project completion as we expect that you'll experience noise during your stay. Prices have been discounted to take into consideration any construction noise or inconvenience during that time.
