Upon entering the condo you will find the living area, having a queen-size comfortable sofa bed with a large smart TV. Adjacent to the living area is the open kitchen, which is fully-equipped with all the appliances for your comfort, and a conveneinet 4-seat breakfast bar to enjoy your informal meals. Next to the kitchen, there is a laundry room that includes a washer-dryer. On the right side of the living area you will find the primary bedroom. The primary bedroom has a king-size bed, built-in closet, and en suite shower with modern vanity.Behind the living area, you will find the second bedroom with a queen-size bed with a smart TV and adjacent a full-size bathroom with a glass-enclosed shower and modern vanity. With elevator or via stairway you arrive at to the ground floor where you have a shared swimming pool with lounge chairs and shade.
