Summary: Review for an overnight stay booked shortly before arriving in Aachen. Travelling by car the sat nav picked the sister Art Hotel Superior instead! Not unusual. The correct Comfort hotel is not far from it. Not very clear from the road, sits behind a car wash! That said, check in was straightforward, friendly and efficient. The room was OK, bathroom/shower very clean. Liked the in-room safe, shame no tea/coffee machine. Small balcony. Bad weather meant we did not try to get into the city centre so not sure of the public transport link, this seems a fairly remote suburb. Parking on site was convenient, but filled up quickly so later arrivals may need to park across from the hotel. Dinner in the hotel was OK. Did not take the Continental breakfast as it seemed expensive. On balance a reasonable choice for road based touring. Suggest research location that it suits your needs especially re public transportation as this appears to be in a quiet residential area. And make sure you go the right Art Hotel!
