Travel Purpose: leisure

Positive: Quiet bungalows facing the savannah. Shaded walkways The second pool is very serene. Breakfast buffet was enjoyable. Nice mattress.

Negative: I was expecting a dam with wild animals enjoying the water point, only to discover a muddy construction site with heavy machinery. One pool was under maintenance, inaccessible. Menu is overrated, I wouldn't pick it if not on full board. Yet the à la carte menu options are quite limited. Clerical errors, in the client's disfavour, are always annoying. Not a matter of money, but principle. Noisy mettalic beds shouldn't be the standard in a lodge. I understand monkeys can be an annoyance, yet I am not very comfortable with staff using slingshots to chase them away, certainly not in a national park.
