3 Bedroom House in Pelican, Cape Coral
For the perfect vacation, Villa Oasis is a luxurious and affordable Villa located on the water in a highly sought-after area of SW Cape Coral. The tropical ambiance and amazing landscaping in the Lanai make indoor/outdoor living hard to leave the property.
This is our last year sharing our house, as we are making Villa Oasis our permanent home in Oct of this year.
There is 2400 indoor sq. ft of living space, opening to the spacious waterfront Lanai, and large Tiki Hut over the intersecting canals. Plenty of room for everyone.
The kitchen is fully equipped for all your cooking needs. In addition to all new standard appliances, you have use of a blender for tropical drinks, crock pot, pressure cooker and nearly every utensil imaginable! If you can't bring yourself to leave the outdoor living, we have an outdoor kitchen with gas grill, sink and frig.
The spacious Master Suite has a king-size bed, chaise lounge and Smart TV, with sliding doors that lead out to pool and Lanai. The en-suite master bath has a large walk-in shower, two shower heads, garden tub and dual vanities.
The second bedroom is a mini-suite with a queen-sized bed, seating area, Smart TV and en-suite full bathroom that leads to the pool; while the third bedroom has a twin day-bed along with a twin hide-a-bed underneath.
For an additional quiet place to read, relax or work (if you must) the Den has a futon and large desk with printer and free WiFi.
We have Gulf access, if you want to bring or rent a boat. Cleats are available to moor your vessel. You can also enjoy fishing from the dock with our rods and tackle box.
It is worth noting that we are in a Bicycle Friendly Community, with miles of paved cycle-ways and marked bike lanes.
Whether you are on the Tiki Hut or lounging at our tropical infinity pool and spa, it is the perfect place to cool off and relax. All will enjoy watching the fish jump and the boat traffic passing through. You will never grow tired of the spectacular evening sunset views.

We all want to feel safe regarding COVID. We are following the guidelines posted on VRBO.

We us products on the EPA's criteria for use against SARS-CoV-2, the virus that causes COVID-19. These cleaning products are currently left at the property for guest use and will continue to be as long as they are available (they may be substituted according to availability).
Along with standard thorough cleaning between guests, we are disinfecting high-touch surface areas after cleaning. For your added safety we have the following in our home (Provided products are available).
• Hand sanitizer in the kitchen basket
• Antibacterial soap is in all of the bathrooms
• Kitchen is supplied with antibacterial dish soap
Due to thorough cleaning, we are unable to grant any late checkouts, as we need all available time to prepare for the next guest, using the cleaning protocols put in place prior to your arrival.
