Our house living area is 3500 Sq Foot. There are many upgrades in the home including a brand new Bullfrog X7 hot tub for star gazing and sunsets. There is great access to surrounding forest/plateau country and Zion for hiking, mountain biking, horseback riding, photography, and great sightseeing. Located to take day trips to Bryce, Zion, The Grand Canyon, Lake Powell. There are many more sights to see in the area. The vaulted ceiling living room, comfy couch and recliners provides the perfect setting to curl up with a good book or your favorite device for cruising the internet using the Wifi access provided, or simply kick back and enjoy the view. When hunger strikes, there is the beautiful, fully equipped kitchen, with its granite counter tops, wolf appliances and BBQ conveniently located just outside on the large, wrap-around deck to inspire both the novice as well as experienced chef. Don't be surprised if you spot a deer or some turkeys out. This is a wonderful house to share with your family and friends while building vacation memories together.

Summary: This is a beautiful and large house located about 20 minutes outside the East entrance of Zion. The house is very well stocked and the owners/managers do a tremendous job in communication. The hot tub and decks are a nice bonus. Being East of Zion gives you easy access to Bryce Canyon and also some great hiking and canyoneering in that area. Note that it is about 45-50 minutes from the Zion Visitor Center which is where the Zion shuttle leaves. We didn't mind that because we took advantage of the benefits in the East area. Overall, this is a great place for a family and large group and we would highly recommend.
