The first person who made our journey unforgettable was Usmantara. He welcomed us at the airport with such sincerity and stayed by our side throughout our stay, ensuring we were comfortable, safe, and cared for until the very minute he brought us back for our departure. His dedication and gentle presence added a unique touch to our trip that we’ll never forget. Our time at the resort was transformed by a wonderful meditation week, where we reconnected with ourselves, found peace, and genuinely felt our happiness return. It was a deeply healing and rejuvenating experience. The service throughout the resort was impeccable. We were blessed to be looked after by an amazing team — Mila, Dwita, Oman, Angga, Sri, and several other exceptional employees whose kindness and professionalism stood out every single day. They served us with smiles, warmth, and heartfelt attention that made us feel at home. A special thank-you goes to the incredible reception team — Asih, Amik, and Tia. These wonderful women handled every request with enthusiasm and zero hesitation. From booking restaurants, taxis, and spa appointments to arranging doctors and anything else we needed, they took care of everything flawlessly, always radiating positive energy and genuine care. Our room service was beyond extraordinary. The room was spotless every day, beautifully arranged, and refreshed with a level of detail that truly amazed us. The bed designs and decorations were some of the most artistic and professional we have ever seen — real masterpieces that made returning to our room a joy in itself.
