Fully equipped kitchen lets you prep beach lunches or relaxing dinners after exploring. Primary bedroom opens onto covered patio with seating and has a connected bathroom with private outdoor shower and washer/dryer. Two bedrooms have a large desk workspace. Each bedroom has a closet and lockable door. Flat screen TV's with streaming channels (no cable) in living room and 2 bedrooms. Hall bathroom has tub/shower combo.
Dining table can be expanded to seat 6 with optional seating at the kitchen breakfast bar or at table with umbrella outside.
Free off-street parking. Pet-friendly. Back and side yards are fully fenced.
Easy access to all of Tampa Bay, surrounded by bike trails, waterfront parks, even a zipline!

Pool is NOT ENCLOSED with a gate or fence and is accessible directly from the patio so children and non-swimmers should be monitored at all times. Guest assumes all liability for accidents, injury or property damage.

You have private access to the entire house, to the fenced-in backyard, pool, side patio and front porch.
