This 2nd floor unit offers a soft beach-themed interior, comfortable furnishings, and access to all onsite amenities. On the bay side, this building offers a swimming pool and hot tub with lots of patio seating. Gas grills and tiki huts are located on the water’s edge. There are 4 lighted tennis courts, shuffleboard, pickleball, and fishing docks! There is free WIFI in unit, covered parking, and coin operated laundry facilities located on the fourth floor.
In the living room, a sleeper sofa provides additional sleeping space and a place to sit back and relax as you watch your favorite shows on the flat screen TV. From the living room, step out onto the private balcony that overlooks the intracoastal waterway to dine outside or simply relax and sip on a drink! In the kitchen, a bar height counter offers space for 3 barstools to sit in while you enjoy fresh cooked meals. The spacious open layout will allow your group cook to stay included in conversation while preparing the feast of the day in the fully stocked kitchen.
