Featuring a 3 bedroom 1 bath front house, Studio at the end of the driveway and 2 bedroom, 1 bath in the rear, this is a great property for family reunions, corporate getaways or friends getting together in beautiful San Diego.
All 3 units have been completely updated with new kitchens, bathrooms, flooring, paint, appliances and all brand new furniture.
There is a very spacious side yard, several patios, AC in all units with WiFi and Cable.
There is off street parking for 4 cars. A laundry room has full sized washer and dryer for your use.
Just a short walk down to Sunset Cliffs Blvd and Newport Ave to all the many restaurants, bars, shops and boutiques.
The beach is about 5 blocks away and Seaworld and The San Diego Zoo a very short drive from the Retreat.

A little bit about Ocean Beach:
This small beach town is a favorite among locals who spend their days surfing, sunbathing around the pier, hanging out in their vintage VW vans, and strolling through the many surf shops, taco stands and antique malls. Ocean Beach has a throw-back groovy vibe of vintage SoCal, coupled with friendly locals and great dining. Nestled between the San Diego River and the hills of Point Loma, Ocean Beach is perfect for surfers to enjoy the waves created by jetties. The beach is also friendly for swimmers, sunbathers, even dogs too!

This is a NON-SMOKING home. This includes patios, decks and outside areas.
This home is equipped with A/C.
There is a total of 3 cottages.
The laundry facilities is located outside between all 3 cottages.
This home sits on a property with 2 other cottages. Please respect your surrounding neighbors. Our rental agreement includes a no tolerance policy regarding excessive noise, occupancy and/or parties. Evictions are strictly enforced if at any time our guests choose to disregard this rule. All our properties are equipped with noise monitors.
For homes that allow pets there are certain rules that always apply. Pets are never to be left alone in the homes uncrated if they are prone to check, bark or are not house broken. If you plan on spending time away from your pets please find a doggy day care or crate your pet. Any damage caused by your pet is not covered under your damage insurance. You can call our office for recommendations or check the Welcome Book.
Pet Fee: $40/Night - for longer stays, please inquire about flat rates.
Ocean Beach lies in the San Diego International Airport flight path for some departing flights. No planes can depart after 11:30 pm or before 6:30 am.
