This is a very walkable location — we are located only 5 blocks from the beach and just 3 blocks from coffee shops, restaurants, and nightlife. This house is located in Ocean Beach (OB), one of Southern California’s most beautiful and vibrant beach communities! People who live in OB wouldn’t live anywhere else in San Diego and you’ll soon find out why. It’s a short walk from this quiet street down to the beach, shops, grocery stores, restaurants, and nightlife. You’re never be more than a half hour drive away from San Diego Zoo, downtown, La Jolla, Coronado, etc. Please note that because this home is located near downtown and in very convenient proximity to the airport, there is some airplane noise in the area. Ample parking is available on the street right out front of the house.
Feeling adventurous? Take your bike out for a ride with spectacular ocean views along Sunset Cliffs. Or rent a surfboard from a nearby rental shop and surf the famous Southern California waves.
