The space
Casa Rosa is located about 1 mile south of the Ocean Board Walk in Daytona and under 5 miles from the International Speedway. It is steps from the beach and there are many pedestrians in the area. Restaurants and stores are within walking distance. 7-11 is three houses down so drinks, food and supplies are near. There are pedestrians walking by the busy area and the neighborhood has a mix of all cultures and ethnicities like most of the Daytona Area.

As soon as you step foot in this bungalow, you're welcomed by an open living room connected to the dining area. Plenty of natural light comes through large windows throughout the house. The kitchen and laundry area allow easy meal prep and are connected to the dining area.
Bedrooms are located just off the main areas and have 2 have full stocked closets (Extra linens, towels, blankets, and hangers).
Step out into the fully fenced backyard and soak up the sun pool side in one of the loungers. Relax in the serene space and marvel at the lush natural surroundings or you can enjoy watching your family make a splash from the covered back patio. You may encounter all kinds of critters as Florida is home to lots of wildlife and bugs. We have regular pest control, but the tropical climate can bring special little visitors.
We look forward to you finding your happiness at our family home. This could mean unplugging for a while, watching a movie, walking to the beach, or curling up on the sofa with a good book.
