Newly renovated! Two bedroom beach condo ideal for extended stays. This is one of the best deals in Pacific Beach. Wake up, walk outside, enjoy the beach! It really is that easy!
Hot tub, secure parking (for long stays), and a relaxing private patio, all yours to enjoy. This is my primary residence so looking for respectful guests wanting an extended stay to enjoy beach life and look after it as it was your own. There are plenty of fun spots within walking distance, so please no parties.
The space
While the building sits directly on the Mission Bay boardwalk, this condo is a ground-level unit with no water view. The bayside beach is literally a 30 second walk from front door to sand. The hot tub overlooks Mission Bay, and it's available to use from 7AM-10PM. The oceanfront beach is five blocks to the west.
Inside, the large master bedroom has a new king bed with luxury linens, and though the second bedroom primarily functions as an office, we have a queen size Murphy bed, and room for an air mattress in the living room for larger groups. Plenty of linens for both beds and air mattress as well as bath and beach towels. The kitchen is fully equipped, and guests are also able to use the in-unit washer/dryer located in the second bedroom.
Guests will enjoy all new flooring throughout and a luxuriously remodeled bathroom to soak away the day's activities.
