Explore the town on bicycles. 2 bicycles are available in the garage for free use. Ride or walk the Bayside Walkway along Mission Bay or go to the ocean side and enjoy the pathway on the Boardwalk. There are many restaurants, bars, shops and grocery stores along the way.
Fitness is a big thing here so you will see runners, joggers, swimmer, yogi's, etc working out in the park or beach.
This is an open concept condo that has been newly updated. The atmosphere is serene and cozy. A great place to relax and enjoy life. There is an open kitchen with stainless steel appliances and all the cooking necessities. There is a private balcony to enjoy the outside air. Go down to the common area along the Boardwalk which has a patio and a large heated spa. Enjoy your soak in the spa or sunbathe on the patio as you people watch.
There is covered parking in the garage for one car. There is at least one set of staircase to traverse to enter the home. Renter will be asked to provide legal identification to confirm age requirement.
