separate A/C unit was added to master bedroom.
Outside cooking are with a prep area / cooking area , a gas BBQ grill with grill cooking utensils, also a flat top grill, 3 person therapeutic hot tub with jets pet friendly large private backyard.
The area has something for everyone, between abundant outdoor recreation to history tour walks, art festivals, fresh farmers market every Tuesday and Saturday mornings, fine dining, shopping, or just sit back relax and enjoy some peace and quiet with a nice book under the palm trees.. you choose what fits the mood. And let's not forget we have some of the most mesmerizing sunsets on the Gulf coast right outside the backyard.
