Summary: The house is absolutely adorable however… we drove 4 +hours with 5 Kids. So we arrived after the property management company had closed! I realized that this would happen so I started to call an hour before they closed with no answer! They did send a text telling me the home was ready! And that I could go to the house or go to the main office!! No further instructions were giving. I was giving check out instructions. No instructions on how or where to check in. After arriving to the home I realized there was no way for me to access the home being there tried calling and there were closed at this time. I messaged through this app no response. My husband had to do a google search to find a after hours number to figure out where we had to go! Ok annoyed but all hope not lost right?! Well we get back to the home and realized that they cleaning service has left dirty laundry on the front porch. There was no Tp in the master bathroom beds were not mad just had a blanket over then. They expect you to clean up dishes and your mess but there was nothing to do that with as far as soap! Knowing that the rental company wouldn’t answer there was no point in contacting them. Pillows were flat through fluffed bed was extremely uncomfortable. To the point I ended up buy an air mattress and slept in the living room! Over all I was not please either the home or the agent at all!! Our vacation though was wonderful and we’re enjoyed the location. We had so much fun
