The Space:
This home includes three bedrooms, which can comfortably sleep 4 adults and an additional 2 children. The Master bedroom includes a Queen size bed, private bathroom, and walk-in closet. The other two bedrooms are stocked full of children's toys and books, to keep the little ones entertained! The larger of the two secondary rooms includes a Twin that pulls out into a King size bed, and the smaller bedroom includes a Twin size bed, with an additional Twin-size trundle pull-out. An additional full bathroom and half bathroom makes this space super convenient for everyone to get ready for the day. Washer and dryer is located on premises. The living room features a 55" SmartTV, lots of seating, and books, games, and more! The dining room can comfortably seat six, and the kitchen is fully stocked with everything you could need to cook all your favorite meals. The downstairs also features a comfortable working space complete with a chalkboard wall. Outside, you will find a fire-pit to relax and enjoy the scenic neighborhood.
Guest Access:
Guests will have access to the entire upstairs unit, it is not shared. There is a tenant living in the downstairs unit, so please be mindful of quiet hours from 9:00pm - 6:00am.
