Every house in the neighborhood is custom-built and the location is convenient as well as beautiful—it's just 25 minutes from downtown.
Look out on the lake from the large bedrooms and massive decks in this eye-catching property. There's a private balcony as well in every bedroom. A fully stocked chef's kitchen and a large living room provided ample space to relax. Full size washer and dryer access included upstairs. Walk right down to Lake Travis!
Three bedrooms are located on the top level and there is a separate guest suite on the main level. This private bedroom has a small balcony overlooking Lake Travis and a big window overlooking the front of the house. The room has a closet stocked with hangers, mini fridge stocked with refreshments, and TV with major streaming channels available, perfect for multi-family stays.
Two outside parking spots are available at the top of the driveway, as well as electric car charging in the garage for your Tesla or EV with a 220v outlet. Plenty of storage space in garage and basement for extended stays.
The house is walking distance to several parks (Hippie Hollow, Bob Wentz, & Windy Point) loved on lake Travis. Lawn chairs and tubes are available to use for lounging.
