Charming, bright and open, this mountain getaway has it's own shared dock on Lake Toxaway, the largest privately owned lake in the state of North Carolina - just a 3 minute walk from the back door. There are dark wood floors, a vaulted ceiling and a split bedroom plan on the main living level. The soaring native rock fireplace offers a hint of grandeur. Also on the main level of the house, a brand new, fully furnished kitchen with granite countertops and all new stainless steel appliances. The downstairs adds a surprising square footage bonus including a third bedroom and bath, a fourth bunk room to include two twin over full bunk beds, a ping pong game room and a family room with large comfortable reclining seating and 65" television. Lake Toxaway Community is a long established premier mountain community surrounding this North Carolina private lake. The community is 30 minutes from the vibrant town of Brevard and about 20-30 minutes from Cashiers. This house has recently been completely renovated to include all new tile bathrooms/showers, a completely new kitchen, and all brand new furniture and furnishings throughout.
